Once I pay for access how long does it take to get my hack?

Majority of Purchases allow you to not only have INSTANT Access to the VIP Forums where you Browse the VIP Forum Area, Download the Latest Hack Loader and of course, RUN IT and Enjoy. Some times there are delays with your payments being received if your Paypal account does not have enough funds in your account at the time or if Paypal is processing it as a “e-cheque”.

When I have downloaded the Hack Loader what should I do?

We have made a RDG Loader Client – This client ensures that everything sent from the server is encrypted and then decrypted on the client / host side. This makes it way harder for crackers to potentially crack the client and gain control over all hacks. Logging into the Client is done by giving in your login credentials (username & password) of the forum. This ensures that you get the hacks you payed for, all automatically!

What are the PC system requirements?

We support and recommend the Game Developers Hardware Recommendations but as a basic setup guideline we recommend something along the following to help get the most out of your Gaming and Hacking Experience:

Basic Hardware Specifications for both PCs and Laptops:

• Intel or AMD 2.0GHz Processor (Intel & AMD 2.4GHz Dual Core or Higher Prefered)
• 2GIG RAM (3 – 4 GIGS of Ram is really Prefered to Keep Load / Injetions smooth if your running Vista)
• ATI 3850 or Nvidia 9500GT Graphics Cards (If you are Running a Laptop then be aware that the “Mobility” versions are often alot slower so the better card you have, the better off you will be!)

Operating System support:

• We currently only support Windows XP and Vista Operating Systems Officially across All Hacks (either X86 / 32Bit or 64Bit Setups)
• Windows 7 is Currently NOT Officially supported as its still a BETA Operating System but will be added when its Released however Some of the Hacks to work without problems but no Support is Offered until the OS is in full Retail Release Form
• No Other Operating Systems are supported such as MAC (including Boot Camp) OS or Linux Distros.

What type of support will I get?

Rule-De-Game offers the best support in the industry. We have Admins, Moderators & other Members online 24/7 to give you technical support for your Hacks. If you can’t get something working using the Forum and Guides we will gladly help you out with a 1 on 1 session via Team Viewer. How Many PCs can I run my Hack on?

Each Hack is locked to one PC at a time. Should you change your PC Hardware or a complete system a Reset is required and may incur a Sir Charge.

Refund Policy – Do I get a refund?

We have a strict NO Refund Policy in place. We can offer other alternatives (such as swapping you to another Hack that we have available) but there should be no reason for a refund to be required. If you chose the wrong hack, we can fix that. If you are having problems getting it working we are here to support and get it working.

Can I get a membership for free?

No, there is no free access for this site, and we are not interested in bartering either.

When will you support upcoming games?

We can offer no deadline for supporting a certain game. We only do FPS games and typically only bother with games of great popularity but of course, if its a popular Game, you can count that we will be Adding it to your Line Up soon if it’s not already available!.

How can I cancel a subscription?

There is no NEED to cancel anything,  we don’t do recurring charges on our hacks as many other sites do and don’t tell the paying member till its to late, when you pay for a hack for 1 month then 1 month is all you pay for – its up to you to re-pay, that way you have full control of what YOU do and YOU decide what you want to do!

Will your hacks work with my console system? (Wii, Xbox360, Playstation3)?

No Absolutely not! The consoles have a completely different code base which is Totally incompatible with our hacks and we will never even make an effort to make them compatible.
